The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the friendly receptionist. The night porter went out of his way to assist us with our luggage, making us feel at home.

The room was spacious with a secret room and excellent amenities, making our stay memorable. Staff were exceptionally friendly, and the location was perfect, just steps from shopping and dining options. We appreciated the famed USDA prime-aged steaks served at the hotel, but encountered confusion with the decor, which might not appeal to all guests. Overall, a fantastic family experience that left us wanting more time to explore.

Perfect for group outings!

The rooftop terrace was just very nice, we were there on a sunny day and the atmosphere was electric, we even had drinks up there while enjoying the view. The staff were really good, especially this guy Paul, who really went outta his way to make sure our check-in was smooth and we felt right at home!

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but for what we got, it was acceptable.

The rooms have unique themes, which is fun for a group getaway. Our check-in took forever, leading to a stressful start.

We had a room upgrade with a huge jacuzzi which was a real treat after a long day. The staff were exceptionally friendly, when we mentioned a small issue with the TV, they quickly offered us a different room to ensure we were comfortable.

We had a fantastic time exploring The Shankly Experience, really honoring the legacy of Liverpool's famous manager. Our room was spacious enough for the family, and the friendly morning greetings from Delma made breakfast a joy. The location is perfect for exploring the city's attractions.

In my wife’s opinion, there should have been more family-friendly dining options on-site. It could really add to the experience for families.
